Perverse realities (small)

The reality some people in war and disaster must endure is a very perverse reality.

In the pauses between fighting for survival and surviving, their thoughts must be filled with the hope that it is all only a nightmare. But you don't need war or disasters to make reality perverse.

For extending the lifespan and shelf life of milk. It is sterilized killing all of the bacteria thriving in it that were ready and needed to cover our stomach with flora like humus covers a flower bed. Another perverse reality is what is done to the fats and oils we eat. For extending their lifespan and shelf life, they are sterilized destroying the essential fatty acids we so vitally need in all our cell walls to make them work properly.

Money, the measure of value for everything bought or sold has become so perverse that it is no more than empty promises printed on rubber paper.

The catholic church preaches immorality in the name of morality. They claim to speak on behalf of god and urge their believing flock to kill their fellow humans in god`s name. They claim divine invincibility and tell people in lands infested with AIDS that they will be sent to eternal hell if they ever use condoms. At the same time, they move pedeophile priests around in order to hide and protect them from prosecution.

Seeds, developed by engineers have their genes manipulated so they produce plants that are immune to the pesticides that kill all the other plants, and produce seeds that are infertile. This not only guarantees the destruction of the diversity inherent in nature, but also ensures a monopoly for controlling the world food supply.

Tobacco, the accepted, marketed and highly addictive smoke that people spend over 10% of their hard earned money on is one of the most perverse killers of our time.
Alcohol, the accepted, marketed and highly addictive drink that people spend over 1% of their hard earned money on is one of the most perverse killers of our time.
Pollution of our environment both visible with chemicals, or invisable with microwaves can become one of the most perverse killers in the future.

Sometimes fate deals us a hand that is almost unbelievable, leaving us high up in the clouds wondering if it’s all real and hoping that it’s not just a wonderful dream. Other times fate deals us a hand that is perverse, leaving us in the gutter wondering if it’s all real and hoping that it’s only a nightmare.

What is real? What is true?

In this modern world of drugs, media, and social networks, sometimes it is difficult to discern the truth from reality, and the liars from the gurus. People are drugged, brainwashed, and lured with money and the promise to be able to work and live in secured realities, like fenced-in neighborhoods.

Many people live a reality that is more virtual than real. Many spend whatever free time they have surfing on the Internet gaming with people they don't know and playing games with the ones they do.

Your reality, as you live it and as others see it is rarely the same or even closely similar. People too easily only look at what they want to see and only listen to what they want to hear. The reality you see around other people is seen thru your own veil. To make your veil more transparent, you need to engage truth.

Truth of what is or isn't or what is good or bad, right or wrong changes with the beliefs bought with promises, money and threats. If you believe in something, then you hope that it is true and you have faith in the person you trust to tell you the truth.

Trust, which binds friends together like a magnet is very easily turned to mistrust, and once trust is lost, it is very difficult to regain. Without truth, the reality we see in others and the reality people see in us is a false reality. It is perverse when people see us in a false reality.

If you are in a hole and someone drops you a shovel, instead of a rope, then you know that he doesn't see your reality. When someone does not see your reality, they cannot know you, and if they don't know you, they cannot love you. They might think they love you, but they love you like they love their pet or possessions.

Signs of being seen in a false reality are when you hear sayings like “please get back into reality” or “I did whatever upset you so much for your own good because I love you.” The silent messages from those accusatory statements is a loud “they don't know my reality and how I feel.” And that realization and feeling of being alone is one of the saddest feelings there are.

Reality in its playful perverse nature seems to follow the rule “if it's too horrible to be real, then it probably is real and if it is too good to be true, than it probably isn't real.”

Men and women live together in totally different realities.

One reality is at the office or in the factory. The other is

at home with the kids.

It is as if men came from Mars and women, from Venus.

Nothing is perverse in the different realities of men and women except when greedy people try to make a profit from it.
