Partners of exploiters who benefit by exploitation and chose to turn a blind eye to it are just as corrupt as the exploiters. This leaves those who are exploited defenseless with very few option. One option is to publicly whistleblow and expose the exploiters and their blind partners. The other option is to anonymously vandalize and publicly vent your frustrations.

A whistleblower is a person who publishes alleged corrupt activities. US civic activist Ralph Nader coined the phrase in the early 1970s to avoid the negative connotations found in other words such as "informers" and "snitches".

Whistleblowers can not remain anonymous and frequently face reprisal, sometimes at the hands of the organization or group which they have accused, sometimes from related partner organizations, and sometimes from the law.

Vandalism is attributed originally to the Vandals, an ancient Germanic people who ransacked Rome in 455AD.

marking walls and windows. Vandalism is the safest way to voice frustrations and avoid reprisals. It is the cheapest, most effectively and the least harmful way to hurt your exploiters without resorting to personal violence.

Vandalism is a criminal offense and must remain anonymous to be effective. This makes vandalism appear to be just pointless destruction, which it is not.

Vandalism often does not target the exploiters directly but uses public areas like parks, schools and bus and train stations for maximum publicity.

The internet with social networks like Facebook and YouTube offer an avenue to whistleblow and to vent your frustrations. With YouTube you can effectively articulate your complaint and use Facebook,

to tell all your friends who will hopefully sympathize with you and further spread your complaint to additional ears and mouths. If sufficient numbers comment and react to your complaint, your exploiter might think twice before exploiting others the next time. Be prepared to face threats of lawsuits by your exploiters and their teams of lawyers.

Make your complaints as factual, neutral and unemotional as you can. When and if your case is settled to your satisfaction, make that public as well.
Below is my personal example.
In November 2011, I was hired by SD&T AG (Systems Development & Technology GmbH Zugmantelstrasse 37 65510 Idstein Germany) for temporary work at DB Systel (Deutsche Bundesbahn Systel GmbH) in Berlin.
After my work was finished, I returned home to Switzerland and submitted my bill to SD&T AG who did not honor my contract. I was not paid and when I threatened to make my case public, they threatened to sue me.
I complained to DB Systel using their customer complaint form on their website but got no response. I complained to a next higher level at DB Systel and was told that DB Systel had paid SD&T for the work I did fulfilling their part of the contract. They suggested I contact SD&T AG and requested me not to contact and inform members of the team I worked with about my problem. I threatened to whistleblow on DB Systel and was threatened with a lawsuit if I did.
I complained to the CEO of DB, Dr Rüdiger Grube without getting any reply. In June 2012 I published my complaint with a YouTube video.
So before you resort to vandalism, blow your whistle and hope that it will be heard and heeded.
DISCLAIMER
If any sleazy lawyer or any other kind of lawyer of any size or shape, greasy or not, greedy or just enthusiastic or anybody that claims to being a human being claims that this essay is advocating vandalism of any kind..... have your secretaries read to you this fine print that all lawyers and exploited people are all too well familiar with. This essay advocates that if a company does not honor their legally binding contracts, then the aforementioned company is CORRUPT and any partner firm of corrupt firms that knowingly turns a blind eye and a deaf ear to such corruption is not only deaf and blind and incompetent and immoral and unprofessional, but also CORRUPT, even if it is a state owned company. This essay also claims that you should NOT have to resort to greedy lawyers or lawyers of any kind and shape to settle legally binding contracts and it should be illegal to be threatened by lawyers or corrupt companies for exposing their corruption. Furthermore, this essay claims that corrupt firms and partners of corrupt firms should go f--k themselves instead of f--king people they exploit. And that CEOs of firms should be responsible and take responsibility for the action of the companies they are paid to lead, and if they do not, then they are either incompetent or CORRUPT themselves.
My YouTube video was censored by the Swiss courts. The video mentioned a German temporary employment agency who hired me and refused to pay me and refused to honor my contract. The German company sued me in Swiss court and won. I have to pay them over 3,600 Swiss Francs for court costs and for damages. The below letter is my response to the Swiss court.
To the judge concerning your decision regarding my case:
As per your decision to censor my YouTube video that made reference to my legally binding contract with the German employment agency who hired me and who did not pay me and who did not honor my contract, I have removed the reference to the German employment agency. Although I would like to appeal your decision and the censorship you impose on me, I have unfortunately lost all respect and confidence in the Swiss judiciary system. I am forced to accept your decision without appeal despite finding it so blatantly unjust. I have no money to pay for a lawyer to represent me, nor do I trust any of them to represent me nor do I trust the Swiss courts to offer a just verdict.
Perhaps it was very naive of me to expect any justice from the Swiss courts, after Christoph Blocher was charged for helping a whistle blower expose criminal activity hidden behind the cloak of secrecy that the Swiss courts support so well. After all it is nothing new for the Swiss courts to support crime. Some of my friends still remember Swiss courts justifying the "J" stamped in Jewish passports so that Jews escaping extermination could be easily detected and rejected so that they could be burned in ovens leaving nothing but gold fillings to line the pockets of Swiss bankers. In fact the justification of criminal activities goes back to 1349 when Swiss courts of justice allowed the burning at the stake of Jews who were falsely blamed for the Black Death plague.
I have no money to pay the fines that you unfairly burdened me with to reward the German employment agency who did not honor my legally binding contract. Unfortunately for you, the employment agency already stole it from me before you could. Nor do I have any gold fillings. It is criminal not to honor a legally binding contract that should not require greedy lawyers to settle in corrupt courts. By justifying such criminal activities and even rewarding the crime by making the victim pay court costs and damages in his attempt to protect himself from the crime is corruption by any definition. So tie me up and lock me up in jail. My only goal now and my only hope in the future is to make public corruption from all levels, whether they are dressed in fancy suits trying to gain respect or hiding behind dirty stolen money, or covered by exclusive cloaks and robes trying to show justice.
Perhaps in jail, I will have more success that I had with YouTube to get all this corruption public. I am a new proud Swiss citizen who finds it a civic duty to whistle blow when I see corruption, no matter where it comes from. So I shall blow my whistle as long and as loud and from where ever I can to expose the persistent ugly mark of Switzerland that many Swiss, including myself, are so ashamed of. Shame on you and shame on the Swiss courts.
Now for my message to those who whistled-blow and end up getting into trouble for it. I know that with all the corruption in places of power, and with all the exploitation going on, it is not easy to get justice. Don`t give up and keep on blowing your whistles when ever and where ever you see corruption and support those who try to expose corruption by whistle blowing. If enough people hear you, justice will eventually prevail.
THE END
